The girls had improved to such an extent that they looked forward to competition.

On April 22, 2012 the third girls’ softball training program, Spring Training 2012, commenced at the Nadur Ground.

Once again, the Għajnsielem Local Council provided financial support and Joseph Scicluna, Loreto Scicluna and Frank Buttigieg conducted the training sessions attended by 16 girls.

At this stage the participants had improved to such an extent that they looked forward to competition. Joseph Scicluna commenced discussions on this matter with the Malta Baseball and Softball Association officials.
